A friend is giving me her old drop spindle. I'd love to attend and learn how to use it!

I got a drop spindle last year and tried to learn via youtube, but I'd love some in-person guidance.

I've tried a couple times unsuccessfully. Maybe I'll "drop" in (hee hee)

Scheduling permitting, I'll drop in and spin a bit. I've been drop spindling for about 10 years and always love to meet fellow spindlers!

I know how to spin with a drop spindle - if I do end up going and there's space, I'd be happy to drop by and help out! I also have some sketchy ghetto wooden wagon wheel drop spindles I could bring (I made them for a class that ended up being kinda underpopulated; I don't use them, so if anyone wants to just take them home with them I'll happily doneate them to the cause)

Thanks all for the help and suggestions... I have scheduled this class for Saturday in the auditorium after lunch.... all are welcome and we should have lots of seats on the stage to hang out in.

I can't be there Saturday afternoon. Since so many people are interested, I hope there can be another session, perhaps on Sunday?

Looks like there's enough people interested in organizing another session... maybe Sunday could work and someone else could get this spinning? (oops!)

Really really looking forward to this one -- don't have a spindle but will be more than happy to sit and observe, and perhaps ogle some of the yummy fiber!
