This class will show you the basic operation of a single-bed standard gauge knitting machine. The machine is manual, no electronic programming required. Come practice using a machine and get a feel for the possibilities available to you for both design creativity and time saving when you have a machine as part of your arsenal.
Basic knowledge of knit fabric structure (knit vs. purl, how loops form, etc.) is helpful but not required.
No materials required to attend this workshop.

I am interested. I've been thinking about getting one of the inexpensive ones from JoAnn's or AC Moore or Michael's - the Ultimate Sweater Machine, but I'm just not sure. I'd love to learn about using any knitting machine.
